- Add salt to the broth or water while the rice is simmering. Don’t wait until it’s fully cooked.
- Do not stir the rice while it is cooking. Keep it covered and on a low simmer.
- Once the rice is cooked, remove it from the heat and keep the lid for another 10 minutes before tossing it with a fork.
- If you have left-overs, put it in an air tight glass container and store the rice in the fridge until you’re ready to eat it again.
